1) They said that it's highly acidic and can increase the risk of oil spills by ruining the pipes.

2)They think it will jeopardize the water supply. They also say it causes issues similar to coal strip mining, which will damage the Northern Canadian forests and they are worried of a leak.

Fracking plant

I wouldn't let someone put a fracking plant near my house because I wouldn't want my water to be ruined.  Also I wouldn't want anyone in my family getting sick from the chemicals in the water.  Some people might say it is a good idea because they could get a job, those people are selfish, it kills people.  If there was a fracking plant near my house I would move or encourage my family to move away from it.

Seawall: Is a protective wall that goes to the sea to save beaches. The force of the wave can erode the beach.
